We operate 24 hour equipped control room for maintain communication with all our assignments. This control room is manned by qualified and effective personnel purposely trained for the same.

Guard’s Recruitment And Training.
The company has a training officer who does training prior to deployment, candidates must produce a certain certificate of good conduct from the CID , the national identification cards supported by a document from their local chief, together with 2 referees. Our guard’s integrity and character is properly and carefully screened to ensure that we only employ the best. Special emphasis is put on smartness, discipline, honesty and our standards is no less than the standard requirement by the protective security industry association (PSIA) and other international security organization.

Fire Safety:
Your operating involve potential risks of fires. Our guards are thoroughly trained and exposed to fire fighting drills.

Customer Care:
Our security officers are trained in customer care service, which in vole courtesy and handling public customer. These guards are trained and put through specialized training customized to commercial operation. They are trained in etiquette, so that they can interact with the customers in a firm yet polite manner.

Anti- Terrorism Skills:
Our security officers are trained on common acts of terrorism, bomb threats and scares and the consideration for a planned response. Refresher training is periodically administered to the security officers on site.

Guard Supervision/Operation
Our operation services are properly and keenly coordinated and backed by well-equipped vehicles that have two way radio communication systems. Our fleet is strategically located for fast and effective response for any incidents, posting and patrols. Our supervisors and patrollers inspect our guards per shift. In addition our managers and directors undertake surprise visit to assignments regularly.
